Photographer Tim Flach’s newest e book Endangered, with textual content by zoologist Jonathan Baillie, gives a robust visible file of threatened animals and ecosystems going through the harshest of challenges

Tim Flach sees his Hasselblad H4D-60 digicam as a way to its finish: capturing the character and feelings of an animal. Till now his curiosity has been in the way in which people form animals, however in his new e book, Endangered, he poses the query of what these animals, and their potential disappearance, imply to us.

Twenty months of taking pictures and 6 months of assembling has resulted in a set of greater than 180 photos. “In some circumstances we put up a black background in a zoo or a pure reserve, in others it meant being underwater with hippos or nice white sharks.”
